About me..

Hi, my name is Zerka. There are various alternative spellings of my name, i.e., Zarqa, Zerqa, Zarka etc, Zerka being the most common. Its meaning (as much as I know) is "shining".

I was born in Faisalabad. My star is Sagittarius. My childhood was very pleasant. I enjoyed a lot in my childhood.

There is no such thing that I ever miss in my whole life. I m quite satisfied with my life. There is nothing missing in it. People say that I always keep smiling. I always try to speak truth and to care for others. I do not know my good points; my close ones know them better. My bad points are that I m hesitant and sometimes my mood becomes off. I m less talkative and sometimes, I like to be alone.

I am married to Jahanzeb Farooq (Tippu) now. The wedding ceremony took place on 8th February, 2008. Thanks Allah, I am living a very happy marital life.

Education

I did MCS (Master in Computer Science) from Govt. College University Lahore. Before this I have done BCS (Bachelor in Computer Science) from Hamdard University. I always got A+ grade throughout my education. I got 711/850 in my metric and 824/1100 in F.Sc. (pre-medical). I secured second position in BCS with 3.94/4.00 CGPA, and first position in MCS with 3.77/4.00 CGPA (received Gold Medal). I m very thankful to my ALLAH who gave me this success.

Experience

Currently I am working at Compass Datawarehouse A/S as Software Engineer. Before that I have worked as Software Design Engineer at MicroTech Industries Pvt. Limited, Lahore, Pakistan. It is a well-established company, manufacturing in electronics/telecom.

Hobbies

My hobbies are watching movies and cartoons, going to places of interest, cooking, shopping (of course, a must for every woman haha: by Jahanzeb) and sleeping. I also like reading books from Urdu Literature. In sports, I like badminton.

Favorites

My favorite personality is Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He is the perfect ideal for every human being.

At this time, my favorite movie is Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum.

And my favorite cartoon is Tom and Jerry. I also like Barbie cartoon movies.

The most precious things that I have in my life are my mother and my husband. The love with the mother is obvious. She always knows what is in my heart. She cares for me a lot. She remains busy in doing work for me and my other brother and sisters.

I love my husband very much and he loves me too very much. He is my true friend and soul-mate. I like his sincerity, truthfulness, devotion towards responsibilities and work. He is the best husband in this world.
